The Horseshoe Falls is also known as the Canadian Falls. This waterfall situated on the Niagara River is situated mostly on the Canadian side of the border with the United States. The name, Horseshoe Falls, is derived from its curving horseshoe shaped crest which is 671 meters. At the center of this falls, the water is almost 3 meters deep. This falls is known as the most impressive of the three falls which make up Niagara Falls.
