Ottawa is home to one of the major league sports team, which is the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League. This team is a professional ice hockey team based in Ottawa. They play their home games at the 20,500 capacity Scotisbank Place which is named the ‘Palladium’. Founded and established by Ottawa real estate developer, Bruce Firestone, this team is considered as the second NHL Franchise for using the Ottawa Senators nickname.
