Owen Sound is situated in the south western part of Ontario in Canada.
Owen sound is famous for receiving snow falls in the whole of Canada. Earlier the city was known as Sydenham and was inhabited by Charles Rankin in the year 1841. This city was incorporated in the year 1851 and got the present name. Once this place was known as “Chicago North” as it was one of the major port cities.
Farming was the source of earning revenue since a very long time, as the crops maize and wheat were growing successfully with fruits such as apple. Nestled in the lush greenery this city offers a panoramic view to its visitors as well as to the residents.
