Elgin County railway museum is a railway museum that displays broad spectrum of railway mementos, equipment, and various accessories that were used while the railway industry was first established. There are 5,700 original trains that are on display in the museum. Being the “Railway Capital City of Canada” this museum is worth visiting while coming to Saint Thomas. Inside the museum there is one gift shop, from where one can buy souvenirs back home.
