The Art Museum of Toronto was founded in 1900 by a group of private citizens. This museum is considered as one of the largest art museums in North America. This museum has a facility of around 486,000 square feet of land. Some of the collections include the vivid documents which show the development of Canada and its art heritage since the pre confederation period.

| It's not the Art Museum of Toronto, that was the original name from the 1800s.
It's the Art Gallery of Ontario, hence the website ago.net.
