The visitors of Moulins de I’Isle-aux-coudres has a miller’s house along with two mills – a watermill and a windmill. It is possible to view the traditional and ancient technique how the buckwheat grain and wheat are ground into flour. One may purchase freshly-ground floor. There is a traditional baker’s oven where sample bread products are baked and then sold.
