Tourist Guide Joliette
Joliette is located in the south west part of Quebec in Canada. It situated approximately 50 kilometers to the northeast on the Riviere Assomption and is the seat for Regional County Municipality of Joilette.
Famous for its art and culture Joliette displays various culture related activities for its visitors and the residents’, one can see the works of French Middle Age with a collection of sculptures.
Joliette got incorporated as a city in the year 1863 and it was founded by a businessman named Barthelemy Joliette. The city has a beautiful landscape and draws tourists throughout the year. Visiting this place is worthwhile.
