Morrin Centre is the best kept secret of Quebec, which was built over 200 years ago as the first prison of the city. Presently, it is one of the most beautiful libraries in the world.
One can discover the national historic site and walk through the foreboding jail cells, browsing through the books in Victorian library. Other than that, there are also productions, lectures, readings and concerts held here in English.
