The province of Quebec in Canada has a city called as Saint-Georges. This city is a seat of the Beauce-Sartigan Regional County Municipality. It is a section of the Chaudiere-Appaalches region. The road that passes through Saint-Georges Est and proceeds Southwards to the periphery with Maine, United States is called as Route 173. The total area of the city is 199.51 square kilometers. There are some inflatable dams close to this city which have been constructed with the intention to increase the water level in the Chaudiere River. As a part of this project, some pedestrian bridges were constructed above this river. The intercity bus company Autocars La Chaudiere has its headquarters in Saint–Georges. This company offers bus services to Quebec City in the Beauce Region. There is a regional airport in Saint-Georges.
The population of Saint-Georges in 2009 was 30,113.
