Tourist Guide Trois-Rivières
Trois-Rivières is a little town situated in Canada, and to be more precise, in the state of Québec. It is in the midway between Québec and Montreal. Trois-Rivières is the ninth town of Québec, regarding the population (125.000 pop.), but it is the second town of the whole Québec for history : its origin, in fact, date back to the XVII century.
Today the most important sources of development and welfare are, of course, culture and tourism : first of all, here resides in fact the Québec Museum of Pop Culture, beyond the local university, one of the most iportant and prestigious of the entire Canada. So that also the tourism structure can benefit and enjoy this strong cultural movement : many tourist events and attractions of Trois-Rivières are in fact strictly connected to the numerous culturale and art events and exhibitions that are continuously on stage.
