Quebec, Canada, has a Laurentides region where Wentworth is a township. This township is a section of the Argenteuil Regional County Municipality. It is located towards the Northwest of Lachute. Wentworth has a gravelly, sandy and rocky soil that is not suitable for agriculture. Close to this township are the Laurentian Mountains and the altitude of the township is maximum 487 meters above sea level. This region abounds in several lakes that entices several fishing enthusiasts and cottage vacationers.
