Saint-Sauveur is a small town in Les Pays-d'en-Haut Regional County Municipality in Quebec. It lies in the administrative region of Laurentides, about 45 minutes north of Montreal. The population in this region stands at 8,869 inhabitants.
Saint-Sauveur welcomes all the four distinct seasons. Being in the northern part, it experiences long and dry winters. Summers are short but humid. Autumn is the perfect season to go out and enjoy the host of outdoor activities available.
Saint-Sauveur came into being from the merger of Village de St-Sauveur-des-monts and Paroisse de St-Sauveur on September 11, 2002.
