The Allan Sapp Gallery has a collection of art and paintings called the ‘Gonor Collection’, made by the artist Allen Sapp, who was a leading Canadian artist. The paintings display the lives of the CreeFred Light Museum people. It is a historical museum with a fine collection of weapons and has departments which display the history of the military in the region.
The Landmark restaurant has been converted from a railway station to an eatery in the year 1976.
Fort Battleford National Historic Site is an open air museum which explains the role played by the North West Mounted Police in the development of West Canada.
There are barrack houses with exhibits, five buildings and reconstructed ramparts. George Hooey Wildlife exhibit is a collection of more than four hundred specimens of animal including birds and fishes as old as 1890. Western Development Museum Heritage Farm & Village is an open air museum built in the Ukrainian and French style with exhibits of agricultural equipment and tools. It also demonstrates farming techniques used in the olden days.
