Medano Beach is certainly the most popular beach in Cabo San Lucas which stretches along the Sea of Cortez to the Villa del Palmar. The beach is safe for swimming and thus a happening place for family outings. Medano, however, has no crushing waves or strong undertow and also no ‘lifeguards’, so children have to be supervised all the time. Also, the beach offers big hotels and resorts, restaurants, water sports equipment rentals among others, apart from shopping for jewelry, hats, bikini coverups, pens among others.
