Cabo Pulmo Marine Park
The park has been formed with a mission of safeguarding the ecosystem which is underwater, it was founded in 1993. The visitors are often attracted here due to the coral reefs and the crystal clear waters. It is popular as a snorkeling and scuba diving destination. The kayakers frequent this place, and you can also get a glimpse of the sea lion colony. A number of water sport tours and guides are available here. Many people come here in the month of January and March for watching whales.
Traditional Christmas Festival
Here the celebrations start 12 days prior to Christmas. An procession is organized daily, from the centre of the city, which finishes at the town square. The entertainment in the venings include street parties, and carnival rides, the complete atmosphere is is festive. The school bands play for the processions and the mariachi bands play the whole evening throughout the nights.
Casa de la Cultura
The building was a refuge centre for the citizens of US during the 1847 war of U.S and .-Mexico. The building has been preserved the way it was. The color of the building is pink, and is of the colonial style, has become a cultural centre now, it is avenue for the local dramas and used for exhibitions.
