Santiago de la Monclova is locally known as Monclova, a city and seat of the municipality of the same name. This city is situated in the northern state of Mexico in Coahuila. For its highest production of steel, the city is nicknamed as the “Street Capital”.
Tourists can find various interesting sights worth exploring in Monclova. These include the Santiago Apostol Parish Church for its carved cantera stone façade, the 17th century San Francisco de Asis Parish church, the Ermita de Zapopan church, the El Polvorin museum and many more.
