Mexican cuisine is known for its variety of spices, intense flavour and beautiful decoration. A rich variety of vegetables and meats are used in the preparation of Mexican food. The cuisine is further improved by a rich collection of exotic fruits. Chocolate is popular and is also used as a drink.
