Hidalgo is situated in central Mexico and has a temperate climate with many natural places and towns worth seeing. Here, one can get to see some impressive cultural heritage places, old mining town of Real de Monte, old mines like the Mina de Acosta and many other attractions. Some visit this place between March and May, as the streets are crowded this time of the year due to festivals and popular events. Here, the winters tend to be chilly and the summers are really rainy. Other than its amazing Talavera ceramics, Hidalgo is locally popular today for its range of natural ice cream. Whether it is of a vanilla flavor, strawberry or chocolate flavor, many can opt for their favorite flavor. Moreover, Hidalgo has a rich historic background, cultural diversity and many historic buildings worth knowing about.Overall, any time is the best time to visit this place.
