At the south end of Playa Los Muertos beach, is a large rocky outcropping. One can see a narrow path which leads up and over. This area was once noted for its gay cruising around sunset and is still popular area. This is the beginning of Conchas Chinas beach having many small and sandy coves or beaches among a series of rocky outcroppings. The hillsides which overlook the beach are crowded with condos and villas.
