Cathedral of Our Lady of Guadalupe
The Iglesias is the main part of the religious life of the city. It is the centre point of the 12 day festival, every December. The remarkable feature about this structure is it was built in mere 12 days, in the beginning of the year 1929. The inner part of the building has hand carved pillars, and many other exuberant features. The ornate crown was damaged due to an earthquake, this actually ornamented the church. As the legends say, the original crown was created as per a tiara that used to be worn by a mistress of the emperor.
Manuel Lepe Museum
This museum has gained popularity worldwide and is famous for its collection of works of Manuel Lepe. It has a variety of exhibits like, airplanes of ceramics, jewelry, papermache, tiny angels. The collection has grown thanks to his daughter Marcella, who has added lithographs and posters. The local art has been appreciated in a very well. The gallery will be enjoyed by people of all age groups. The most important thing is that the museum can be visited only by a prior appointment.

The most unexpected feature of the galleries here is that, it focuses on the local artist. They provide any helping hand to the amateur artists. The every week a new artists work is put for display. The artists visit the place very often and if you are lucky enough you might just bang into one.
