Azteca Stadium is a stadium situated in Mexico City and is the official home stadium of the Mexico national football team along with the Club America, the Mexican team. Built in 1968 for the Olympic Games, the stadium even hosted the Soccer World Cup finals in 1970 and 1986. The stadium has a seating capacity of 115,000 spectators. Other notable events are the FIFA Confederations Cup in 1999.
