One can visit San Jacinto Plaza is he/she feels like paying a visit to market on Saturdays. Building of this plaza had been utilized by soldiers who had invaded this place. They hailed from France and US. Around 50 Irish soldiers died while aiding Mexicans in repelling invading US ‘armed forces’; at this place only. Bazaar Sabado is an extremely popular handicrafts market.
