Sometimes called as Puente de la Unidad, Puente atirantado opened in 2003 for the public for transport purpose. This twin spire suspension bridge crosses the Rio Santa Catarina and connects San Pedro Garza Garcia to Monterrey. This is a cable stayed bridge which is designed by Oscar Bulnes, the entire cost of which took 70 million dollars and completed in five years of time.
