Museo de la Isla de Cozumel
The display on the first floor represents the rare species. The formation of the island, its modern geography and the mesmerizing flora and fauna are one of its key characteristics. The second floor galleries have the canons from the colonial era, different artifacts from the pre-Hispanic sites of the island, and the history of the town. The museum is starts at 9:00 hours until 17:00 hours.
San Miguel
San Miguel is known as the urban part of Cozumel city, which has also lived upto the traditional spirit of the other towns of the coasts. One of the most important and the most popular attraction of San Miguel is the Plaza of the Sun, it is a jammed pack seaside walkway, also known by the locals as Zocalo.
San Gervasio
San Gervasio, widely called as Mayan is a vital and one of the largest complexes found on the island. The Sacbeob are the Mayan roads, they coneect to 6 different architectonic places, which include the palaces and the religious sites open to public.
There are about 508 structures within three kilometers for household use like, Las Manitas”The Little Hands christened after the several stamped handprints on its inner walls”. The main buildings and the temples of the Mayan city are the pillars, The Alamo, The Ossuary, the Murals, and The Palace.
