Enterprise can be referred to as a city located in southeastern portion of Dale and Coffee Counties in Alabama, South US. This place is ‘right outside’ ‘Fort Rucker’, i.e. one of the Army bases which is a center of Army Aviation. Here, you would also find a branch of ‘Enterprise-Ozark Community College’. ‘Aviation Branch’ is situated at Ozark, Alabama. ‘Enterprise-Ozark’ is one of the Metropolitan Statistical Areas; which, having combined with ‘Dothan Metropolitan Statistical Area’, goes on to form ‘Dothan-Enterprise-Ozark Combined Statistical Area’.
As per US Census Bureau, Enterprise’s total area consists of 80.3 sq. Km; out of which 80.2 sq. Km is land; and 0.2 sq. Km is water. Majority of people in Enterprise belong to white non-Hispanic community. Summer would be the best season to visit this place. The estimated population (in the year 2006) was 23653. So, one can call Enterprise as a densely populated city.
