The Eufaula National Wildlife Refuge is an 11,184 acre of National Wildlife Refuge which is situated in Russell and Barbour counties in Quitman, Stewart and Alabama counters in Georgia. Out of the 11,184 acre of refuge, 7,953 acres of land is in Alabama and the other 3,231 acres are in Georgia. This Wildlife refuge was established in 1964 with cooperation with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
