Mobile Area Museum Association had been organized for having developed public awareness regarding benefits offered by museums to ‘Mobile’ educationally, culturally, and economically.
The other purpose was of fostering co-operation as well as professionalism within ‘Mobile’ museum community by having shared news, ideas, and resources. Well-being of museums was also on the agenda.
