Alabama Shakespeare Festival is the 6th biggest Shakespeare Festival across the globe. It attracts around 30000 visitors every year from every state and around 60 nations. In the year 1972, ‘Martin Platt’, founding ‘Artistic Director’ had dreamt of a classical theater. This led to the emergence of ASF, i.e. Alabama Shakespeare Festival. On an average, 3 works of ‘William Shakespeare’ are enacted every year.
