On 1st of December, Rosa Parks, a seamstress had been arrested as she showed her denial with regards to giving up bus seat of hers to white man of Alabama.It was then looked upon as an act pertaining to civil disobedience. However, now, the same spot happens to commemorate the same event with ‘Rosa Parks Museum and Library’. This library sits on this spot.
