Dowling Museum / Ann Rudd Arts Center is a structure that is a hundred years old situated in downtown. Here, one can find studio space as well as an art gallery. Upstairs the area has been restored for a museum. There is an original embossed tin ceiling and display cases. On the first floor, there is a new gallery which displays artifacts.
