Talladega is a city situated in Alabama in the United States. According to the census recorded in 2005 the population was approximated around 24,243. Talladega is located approximately 50 miles on the eastern part of Birmingham, a famous city Alabama. It is a home city to the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, the famous Superspeedway and the International Motorsports Hall of Fame. The Municipal Airport which is a general public airport is also located with the city limits. The common religion which is solely followed in this city is Christianity due to it its origin history. According to the American Census Bureau, the city is supposed to have a total area of 24 square miles out of which, 23.8 square miles is land and 0.2 square miles of it is water. The climate here is well suited for irrigation because the climate supports the growth of plants. Winters here are not that cool as compared to the other parts of the country.
