In the city fishing trade is fast growing because of the sea side and water lakes. Surrounding this is one of the most wonderful sites for the visitors of Seldovia, as the city tourists can visit the numerous canals, and this water property helps the city for its Fishing Industry. Seldovia city has so many other places which attract the travelers such as the city has several old Movie Theaters. These theaters are preserved as old historical monuments of the city. Seldovia Public Library: Is the only private library in the city, this is one of the oldest library, it is also been preserved as one of the historical land marks of Seldovia.
