Seward has some great places to enjoy the night life. Places like the Yokon Bar, the Ale House and Thorn’s Showcase lounge are all places where there is live music once a week and most of these places are located downtown.

A place called the Seward Museum houses the history of this place. This museum is also home to the memories of the 1964 earthquake, and the Iditarod Trail. This museum conducts two slide shows daily, during the summer season.

Homer, Kanai and Anchorage are towns that are close to Seward. These places have great tourist attractions and a lot of visitors visit them every year.

A few popular events here are the Polar Bear Jump, the Halibut Tournament, Mt. Marathon Race, Silver Salmon Derby and Christmas train.
