It is a great experience to see the marine scenic beauty in the Gulf of Alaska. Sea Lions, Harbor Seals and Alaskan King Crabs could be seen.
All this is facilitated by the Alaska Sea Life Center.
There are two great Golf Courses here they are like paradise for any golf lover.
They are called Birch Ridge Golf Course and Bird Homstead. A highly recommended museum is the Soldotna Historical Society and Museum.
Another place that could be visited for having some good fun with family is the Kenai National Wildlife Refuge. Some cities that are close by and have amazing tourist attractions are Anchorage and Homer.
There is a special event that takes place here and it is called the Soldotna Chamber Annual Awards Banquet.
This is a special festival as it honors the community members for their civic or business contributions.
Another event that is mostly waited for is the Soldotna Senior annual Summer Bazaar. It has crafts, Quilts and Antiques as its specialty.
