The Cedar Point, spread in an area of 400 acres, is a preserved natural area and is a birdwatcher’s paradise; it is also an excellent fishing spot. Fort Caroline is a neighbouring park and a must-see. The Ribault Club is on the list of the Historic Landmarks of the City of Jacksonville and has been listed in the National Register of Historic Places. The Theodore Roosevelt Area is also an important attraction at the Timucuan Ecological and Historic Preserve. |
