Indiana is located in the mid-western region of the USA. It is bordered in the north by Michigan, in the south by Kentucky and the Ohio River, in the east by Ohio and in the west by Illinois. The state is also one of the Great Lake States and has around 24 state parks. Northern Indiana is more flat compared to Southern Indiana, which has 300 m high hills called ‘Knobs’.
