Apostle Islands National Lakeshore is a group of islands in Wisconsin, USA.

Initially home to the Obijwe tribe, the island also held a strong position as an important fur trade route. The lakeshore is known for its collection of historic lighthouses while the lush forests, wildlife and the sandstone sea caves are equally popular.

The place is a paradise for visitors with camping, boating, kayaking and many other water activities being available. Visitors could also explore the islands like Raspberry, Basswood, Manitou and Oak Islands through cruises, hiking trails and shuttle trips.

The Lakeshore Trail, starting from the Meyers Beach, offers visitors a view of the world renowned sea caves and the natural scenery. Also, the Hokenson Fishery is worth a visit owing to its historic buildings and ancient farming equipments on display.
