Created to preserve and protect the glaciations, the Ice Age Park and Trail Foundation has also published two guide books to help visitors learn more about the place.
Visitors get to see the finest examples of continental glaciations in the world with the diverse geological features celebrating the legacy of the Ice Age. Visitors can revel in the recreational activities like hiking, backpacking, bird watching, nature walks which are offered at this place.
Also, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, wildlife viewing, camping, hunting and fishing are available. |
