Catalina Foothill is a city in the northern region of Tucson and is a census designated place in Pima County, Arizona.
This city is beautifully located in the southern foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains and has a population of about 53,794. Another special aspect of this community is that it is among the richest communities in the entire Arizona with the 5th highest per capital income.
The city has lovely golf resorts, good restaurants, art galleries and museums having a vibrant cultural life and overall the region has a great weather.
Catalina Foothills is popularly termed the Beverly Hills of Pima County and entire city has a number of luxury homes offering spectacular views of the Tucson valley.
The Catalina Foothills is known for lovely resorts. The three most elite resorts include Loews Ventana Canyon offering panoramic views of the canyon and mountain views of Tucson region; the Westin La Paloma prides itself with overview of the Tucson and lastly Hacienda del Sol Guest Ranch and Resort which is the most expensive guest ranches.
