Coolidge can be referred to as a city located in ‘Pinal County, Arizona, US’. Arizona Highway 287 and Arizona Highway 87 go on to have passed through this city.

Coolidge is situated at a distance of 21 miles on the northeastern side of ‘Casa Grande’, and at a distance of 11 miles on the southwestern side of Florence. On the southern side Picacho Reservoir is located at a distance of 11 miles.

This old city had been constructed by Hohokam people in 1200 AD. Coolidge attained the ‘urban’ status in the year 1945.

The name ‘Coolidge’ has been derived from ‘Calvin Coolidge’, the thirtieth President of United States. The reputable ‘Central Arizona College’ is also located over here.

As per US Census Bureau, Coolidge has an area of 13 sq. Km, with no area consisting of water.

This makes the climate much unpleasant. Visitors can have a glimpse of this place in the summer season.

The population as per 2005 census was 8154.
