Flagstaff is best known for its Walnut Canyon National Monument. It took more than few thousands of years for the Walnut Creek stream to carve the famous 600 feet deep canyon here. Here, visitors can view the dwellings that existed seven hundred years ago. There are a number of hotels in the vicinity of this canyon for the visitors to stay.
