Maricopa lies at the distance of 30 miles on the southern side of Phoenix within ‘Gila River Valley’.
Maricopa was incorporated on the official level on 15th of October, 2003; thereby having become the ‘88th incorporated city’ all over Arizona.
In New York Times edition of 6th of April, 2008, Maricopa was subject of a main article. Moreover, this town had featured on ‘ABC’s Nightline’ on 7th of May, 2008; at the time of its segment relating to ‘Realty Check’. Story had dealt with radical effect of ‘housing market correction’ and ‘subprime mortgage crisis’ on city.
