The Pima Air & Space Museum is one of the largest, non-government funded aerospace museums in the world. The Museum, adjacent to Davis-Monthan Air Base, hosts a display of over 300 aircrafts over its vast campus and seven exhibition hangars, and has an Air Force through the Years exhibition as well as being the home of the Arizona Aviation Hall of Fame. Also the 390th Bombardament Group (Heavy) Memorial Museum is located on the Pima grounds. Famous aircrafts on display include combat planes from all ages, together with the presidential aircrafts used by Presidents Kennedy, Johnson and Nixon.
The Museum also runs the nearby Titan Missile Museum, where a Titan II Intercontinental Ballistic Missile can be still seen in its silo, with the tour including both the above--ground and under-ground installations.
