Whilst in Grand Canyon, one has to make sure to visit the Valle Airport, which has undiscovered treasures of some private owned vintage aircraft and vehicles, on display. The airport has a museum, world popular Air museum planes of Fame with wonderful collections. This includes early Scenic Airways, Grand Canyon Airlines aircraft, great collection of rare war birds and such collections. This airport is a great fuel stop for tourists as they fly across North Arizona. Moreover, there are immense upcoming events which are held here at the airport. Like the Aircraft Fly-in and Car Show Celebration which will be held in August 28 in 2010.
