The city of Conway was founded by AP Robinson, an engineer, in 1872; it was incorporated as a city in 1875. It is located in Faulkner County in Arkansas, USA.
Conway is home to about 53,000 people and has an area of some 92 sq km. The topography of this city is rich and diverse, comprising lakes, mountains, forests, meadows, rivers and streams. The Round Mountains, Cadron Ridge, River Arkansas and Beaverfork Lake are some of the striking geographical landmarks in and around this city.
Conway experiences warm and humid summers and cool and pleasant winters. Spring is a good time to visit the city for a holiday, but those who wish to enjoy a quiet and peaceful vacation should avoid the busy season.
