The Greers Ferry Lake provides excellent chances for boating and fishing. There is a playground that extends from the Ozark foothills to the edge of the delta where hunting, biking, hiking and golfing can be done. The Greers Ferry Lake is separated from Little Rock by almost 60 miles. This lake is a reservoir created by Greers Ferry Dam which is a United States Army Corps of Engineers dam in northern Arkansas.
