Morrilton can be referred to as a city situated in ‘Conway County, Arkansas’, at a distance of 82 Km on the northwestern side of ‘Little Rock’. This place was, once upon a time, home to ‘Harding College’. Right now, it is known as a place where ‘Harding University of Searcy, Arkansas’ is located. This, however, happened between 1920s and 1930s.

Morrilton is known all over the world as birthplace of Nathan Green Gordon, an eminent naval aviator of Second World War. WinRock Farms belonging to former governor ‘Winthrop Rockefeller’ are located at Morrilton.

Maximum temperature on an average is around 43.7 degree F; whereas minimum temperature on an average is around 39.6 degree F. The best period to visit Morrilton is from April to September.

The population as per 2000 census was 6550.
