Saline County is a United States county which is situated in the US State of Arkansas. Benton is its county seat and also the largest city in Arkansas. The county is even included in the Little-Rock-North Little Rock-Conway Metropolitan Statistical Area.
Saline County was formed in 1835, and was named for the salt water springs in the area. Moreover, it is also an alcohol prohibition or rather regarded as Dry County.
