The Smyrna Church was built in 1857 and is situated on Highway 36 West. It is owned by the Searcy city. This historic building is known as the third oldest building in Arkansas. It was renovated by the Searcy city which is believed to be more than 150 years old. Its construction which began in 1854, was completed in 1857. Many years passed by, and the structure of the building is of vernacular Greek revival church building having a gabled foyer.
