Alhambra can be referred to as a city incorporated on 11th of July, 1903 and located in western region of San Gabriel Valley of LA, i.e. Las Angeles County, California, US.

It lies at a distance of approximately 8 miles from ‘Downtown Las Angeles’ civic center. Alhambra has been bordered by ‘South Pasadena’ towards the north-west, San Marino towards the north, Rosemead towards the south-east, San Gabriel towards the east, Montery Park towards the south, and LA districts of EI Sereno and Monterey Hills towards the west.

Main thoroughfares are inclusive of Mission Road, and ‘Main Street’.

As per US Census Bureau, area of Alhambra on the whole is 19.7 sq. Km. The population as per 2000 Census was 85804. Its density was 4347.7 per sq. Km. Per capita income with respect to Alhambra was $17350.

The climate is quite cool. It’s advisable to visit Alhambra during summer season.
